When that chimp part of us, that lizard brain, or however you want to call it, is active, and we get that emotional response of, “I can’t believe that’s happening. That’s so inappropriate. That’s wrong.” Doctors and healthcare professionals often have a very strong sense of justice — a very strong sense of what’s right and wrong.
